At JoomXone, We try hard to make our customers satiesfied with what products/extensions they purchased. If you are having trouble with paid JoomXone product, or getting error before or after installation or feeling frustrated, then please raise a Support Ticket and explain what problems you are facing. Our Support Engineers will reply you and provide you solutions to fix that. In some cases, We may need temporary admin access of your site to solve problems. in this situation you are requested to co-operate with our support engineers. We have a privacy policy for you. There are several cases accept refund request or deny. Please read the following info. 

No returns / refunds will be offered for digital products except if the product you’ve purchased is:

  • Completely non-functional.
  • And you’ve posted a support post on forum but you didn't get any respond in 48h (business days only).
  • And/Or Product main description was fully misleading.
  • And/Or You are not getting the functions as explaied in product page.

- then you do have the option to request a refund.

We also reserve the right to refuse a refund in following situations

  • You have changed your mind about an item/subscription.
  • You bought an item by mistake and the product(s) was sent/already downloaded by you.
  • The product(s) was bought by your employee or inmate from your PayPal account which he/she had legal access.
  • You refused provide to our support staff access to your web-site to investigate our product you are having issue with.
  • It has expired more than a 15 days after purchase and you even didn't raise support ticket or didn't inform us by email.
  • No refund will be offered for any item (even if it was bought at a regular price) while any discount offer is running on our site. Your refund request will be evaluated after the discount offer/campaign ends.
  • If the product you have purchased is not working because of any third-party extension/application, you can ask for support. Our support team will help you to resolve the issue. In such case no refund will be offered.
  • We can offer partial refund in special case based on conditions considering the situation and requests of clients. This decisions will be  totally made by JoomXone(Corsponding contact/support persion)

JoomXone offers the full or partial refund within 15 business days starting from the moment when the member makes the payment. In this case JoomXone has the right to ask questions to the client for the refund.

Please also note that:
  • If you will get a refund (from PayPal) you cannot use downloaded premium products any more.
  • If the product after update is still damaged, we may offset the amount of your refund by the diminished value of the product.
  • Refunds can take up to 15 business days to reflect in your account.
