JoomXone provides free support for all free and premium Joomla Extensions. We value our customer's need and try to provide support at any cases. We have a support forum as well. You can visit the forum and search for your issues, or you can post your issue at the forum. Our support Enginners will reply and help you. You can also directly contact us.

What we need to support customers?
- Sometimes we may need temporari Admin Access to provide support or fix issues. In such causes, customers have to co-oporate with us.
- We have a strong Privacy Policy. We care about customers privacy and data protection. So without any doubt customer can send us site credentials, if necessary.
