Hi, I am getting '' Forbidden You don't have permission to access this resource.'' but the module has public permissions assigned to ii. the pdf files are in the joomla images/pdf/<file name>.

I've tried changing file permissions at the server level for the plug in but still cant use it due to permissions. I cant find what part of the modules directory or files is being denied permissions to run.
